About the position…
The Victor Harbor store was opened in August 2015 by Babara (Optometry director) and Louise (Retail director). Babara studied at Auckland University and has been with the company for over 5 years. Louise has worked in optics for 19 years, dispensing and managing optometric practices for 17 years.
The Victor Harbor team love celebrating success and love to be the first to say yes to anything that will give their patients better care and overall experience. They were one of the first Specsavers stores to receive an OCT, one of the first stores to have audiology join the business, and purchased a Humphrys visual fields machine to allow their patients to see them rather than an Opthalmologist. In September 2018 the Victor Harbor store won the Doug Perkins Medal for clinical excellence.
