At Specsavers, every individual is encouraged to join in with celebrating the success of the business and their contribution to it. For Support Office staff, one of the ways in which this is achieved is through an annual end of financial year celebration.
This end of financial year get together takes place every year in the latter part of June to call out and celebrate the hard work achieved during the Specsavers financial year.
An all-day event held in the Support Office, team members are encouraged to dress up and enjoy the day’s activities including an official announcement of wins throughout the year, some events at The G (Specsavers Support Office in Port Melbourne), followed by a celebratory party off-site.
This year’s celebration theme was the ‘Roaring Twenties’ with Support Office team members going all out to contend for Best Dressed Female, Best Dressed Male, Best Dressed Group and Dress your Desk (decorate your department area).
