There are currently three opportunities available for new graduates to join Specsavers stores in the Gippsland region;
This three test room store has been open for 5 years and see’s fantastic growth every year thanks to it’s large catchment area and diverse range of patient demographics. This close knit team work together to achieve and celebrate their goals. The mentor, Bahara has been through the Specsavers Graduate Program as well as our renowned Pathway Program, and is excited to mentor and develop a new graduate.
With a younger demographic than it’s neighboring suburbs, the Traralgon store tends to see younger patients aged between 20-45. This team prides themselves on being ‘Warm, inviting and happy’ and consider their environment once which a graduate would thrive in due to the level of support from the wider team. The store recently underwent a renovation and now boasts three fully equipped test rooms.
The Sale store primarily see’s an older clientele and is a very clinic based practice with lots of GP referrals and ophthalmology co-management. The team here are customer service and satisfaction focused, with strong patient care reputation in the area of which we they extremely proud. The Optometry Partner at Sale has successfully mentored a number of graduates and helped them to achieve their career goals.
