Pathway is Specsavers Australia & New Zealand’s joint venture partnership development program for experienced optical professionals. The intensive four-month program equips aspiring business owners with the knowledge and development they need to play a lead role in the future of Specsavers as joint venture partners.

Specsavers NZ National Support, Graduate Development and Pathway teams are hosting an Optometry Forum for Optometrists in New Zealand.

This forum will be a platform to learn about the most expansive list of opportunities on offer for optometry career development, as part of our ongoing commitment to empowering your development and career fulfillment within Specsavers.
