From Monday 4 October through to Friday 8 October, Specsavers is proudly celebrating Customer Service Week, an international celebration of the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers every day.

There’s no doubting the past 18 months have been challenging, yet through it all, Specsavers people – both in stores and in our Support Office – have continued to be there for their communities, providing amazing customer service every day.

For Specsavers, customers are at the heart of everything we do.

We take pride in providing an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through a Specsavers store – whether that’s the team member on the store floor, or the teams in the Support Office working behind the scenes. Through an extensive commitment to learning and development, mentorships and training, Specsavers supports the continual development of its people to deliver outstanding customer service and patient care.

Therefore, to celebrate, this Customer Service Week Specsavers is recognising some of the amazing service stories from across Australia and New Zealand.
