Specsavers is seeking talented and passionate optometry and retail staff to join the business as joint venture partners at five new sites across Australia.
Successful candidates will take on a business ownership role in a brand-new store, joining Specsavers as partners and leading a team in the delivery of world-class clinical care and customer service.
Two partners are required for each site – an optometrist partner, and a retail / dispensing partner.
The successful partners will align with Specsavers’ mission to transform the eye health in Australia.
The stores are based in regional locations and successful candidates will receive Specsavers’ award-winning support in building up their business, including the hiring of all optical and retail staff.
A dedicated business consultant will also be made available to help develop each store to the highest standards Specsavers is known for around the world.
With regionally-based stores often among Specsavers’ most profitable, interested candidates are urged to express their interest in a rare business opportunity.
With lower overheads, rents and the possibility of a captive market, these new regional locations will provide aspiring business owners an opportunity to make their mark and build up a profit-earning business of their own.
