Specsavers will again be exhibiting at the Australian Vision Convention (AVC), which will take place from 7 to 8 April 2018 in Brisbane.

AVC is the annual event for the Queensland and Northern Territory branch of Optometry Australia. As in previous years, the Specsavers Professional Recruitment team will be on the ground at the AVC exhibition, ready to share the Specsavers story and talk about the organisation’s mission of transforming eye health in Australia and New Zealand.

AVC is one of the major CPD and social calendar events in the optometry profession, with 40 CPD points on offer in 2018. The event includes clinical and interactive workshops, lectures and seminars from industry leaders, an exhibition showcasing the latest technology, and networking and social events. The program will include topics such as gut flora, retina, gonio, lacrimal lavage, OCT-angiography, foreign bodies, and contact lenses, among others.

If you are heading to AVC, come say hello to the Specsavers team at Stand 16!
