Specsavers are currently on the lookout for an experienced Retailer/Dispenser to join us as Joint Venture Partner at our Specsavers store in Townsville Castletown.
About the role:
In partnership with the Optometrist Joint Venture Partner, be responsible for the daily operations of the Specsavers store, whilst leading your team to provide customers with the highest standards of service and eye care.

The Townsville Castletown store opened in 2015 and is located within the Castletown shopping centre. Over the last 5 years the partners have built a database of loyal patients. The store is 120sqm in size, with over 1000 frames on display, 2 optical consult rooms, 4 dispense desks, separate office and staff room.

Specsavers is on a continual mission to transform eye health in Australia and New Zealand – and we would like you to join us on that mission.
