Voted by Australians and New Zealanders for the third year in a row (2020-2022), Specsavers is recognised as the brand that consumers see as ‘consistently offering value for money’.
Specsavers Audiology has also been recognised for the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the category ‘Hearing Services‘ for the first time.
This recognition is testament to all our partners and store teams working tirelessly in challenging conditions to ensure the consistent eye and hearing care for all Australians and New Zealanders.
In line with what consumers are saying, Specsavers customer-centric approach has changed both industries for the better with a mix of greater choice, high quality, accessible and affordable eye and hearing care.
The 23rd annual survey of Most Trusted Brands is based on an independent market research survey with a representative sample of more than 3,000 Australians and 1700 New Zealanders across 72 categories of products and services.
The survey reflects consumers’ opinions on which brand they think is the best in its category and is conducted across 41 countries with a global readership of over 35 million.
