Designed for optical and retail professionals working with Specsavers, this intensive, six-month program will equip you with business knowledge and skills you need to take the step into partnership.

We know we can’t do everything internally, so we also partner with world class experts to deliver learning to our organisation regularly and invite well-known speakers to come to us to share their insights and learnings from their experiences.
