Specsavers has taken out the best customer service provider once again at the recent Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards (QSA).

Specsavers was awarded the ‘Gold’ category for Optometry at the Australian award ceremonies. This year has witnessed a greater focus and determination among customer service teams to ensure their customers’ needs, no matter how complex, are resolved quickly and with trouble-free solutions.

Running since 2015, the survey identified the most satisfied customers across 38 different categories, from optometrists to pet insurance and internet service providers to cruise operators. The prestigious Quality Service Award recognises companies that truly understand consumers’ needs.

A total of 2500 Australians were asked to rate their experience of service provided by businesses and organisations. The customer service teams of businesses listed as Quality Service Award winners for 2023 rallied, building success by placing their customers’ needs at the centre of all business responses, says Reader’s Digest editor-in-chief Louise Waterson.

Specsavers has continuously been named the best customer service provider in the optometry industry across Australia and New Zealand.
